When I started looking at houses to buy, I always thought that MOVE sales and lettings have exceptional choices of properties. When our offer was finally accepted, I was happy that it was with this company. I would highly recommend them, especially Chloe, who is the manager for compliance of property, for doing a job well done! She ensures that the target date of both the seller and buyer is achieved and keeps you updated on the progress of the sale. She goes above and beyond and makes sure she replies to your queries. I think as first-time buyer, we are very anxious and sometimes wants to have an update or information about the status of the buying process. She doesn’t ignore emails and responds promptly, lowering our stress levels. She is for sure the star of the agency! Thanks a lot, Chloe and for move sales and lettings for helping us achieve our first family home!

Overall a great experience, we mainly dealt with Simon and Warren for negotiation, queries and general communication on our property sale and ongoing purchase which went through smoothly. We met up with Warren, on the recommendation of our builders Sales Manager, Sam. To our good fortune, he and Warren are close friends and . this proved to be significant as we moved though the process of selling our home, and buying a brand new house. There were six viewers on the first day. Four made offers, all at the maximum price offered. We needed an early exchange date,, but a delayed completion, as our new house would not be ready until mid-June 2022. One buyer came forward, and our home was sold. The exchange took a long time, mainly due to the buyers solicitors' inaction at the start of proceedings. Mid February we were at an impasse because the buyer, through his solicitor, could not agree a completion date. At the last moment, Warren and I took matters into our own hands. I offered an earlier date, Warren passed it to the buyer directly by phone. His client agreed, and within 48 hours we had exchanged contracts. We are aware also, that the kindness, understanding, and patience shown by our builder was certainly, in large part, due to the relationship between both our agent, Warren, and the builders Sales Manager, Sam. So many thanks to them both.

Looking around houses at the start of the whole process of moving house was stressful time. Deciding on what we wanted from a house to deciding if the house we were looking at was going to be suitable for us. This was made difficult at times by being shown around by 'unnamed competitor' who did not know the facts the wanted to know about the properties we were looking at, or did not get back to us with our enquiries of those houses. When we came to view the house we eventually bought Russell Walters showed us around the property and he gave us space to look while also engaging with the questions we had and knew the answers to the questions we had. He was able to fit us in for extra viewings quickly and accommodated family members who we brought with us to help us make our decision. We had a number of questions that were a bit different from the normal questions which he swiftly found the answers to and got back to us the same day with the answers. During the negotiation stages of buying the property Russell was quick to respond and helpful to us in understanding where our Seller was with the negotiations over price. Since excepting the offer and the final stages and closing out the sale, Russell has been dogged in chasing up All parties a number of times a week to ensure they are all on board and keeping the move on track. He has been quick to call and email with questions and answers and is always quick to chase up solicitors to help keep the ball moving. We have been very greatfull for the effort and time he has put in enabling us to buy our dream house. I would highly recommend Move and especially Russell Walters.
