FIRST TIME BUYERS- AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! Me and my partner have purchased a house which was advertised through ODOS properties. I can not shout their praises enough. I've got friends who are also first time buyers and their estate agents are no where near on the same level. We had Helen as are estate agent from ODOS and she was amazing from start to finish. We wanted a quick turn around and Helen made sure everyone was kept in the loop and ensured our solicitors where up to date with what we needed. If Your looking to sell or buy a property in the area, this is the estate agent to use. It's a personal service and they make you feel like they are just as excited for your new house as you are. Will definitely use them in the future.

Recently bought an investment property with odos, currently in the contract signing stage. I have a friend who bought a flat with purplebricks, witnessing his experience made me actually steer away from using online and hybrid estate agents. I made an offer over the dashboard for a property and it got accepted by the homeowner. I was contacted by a very polite employee of odos who aided me through the process very quickly. it is refreshing for a company like this to have such a personal approach, perhaps because it only has a few properties on there and looks like it has only recently started? maybe they can currently cope with demand? who knows! keep up the good work and don't lose your touch if you grow!
