I had registered some interest in other local estate agents and the property centre was the last one I went to. Not because it was last on my list, because I felt I didn’t need to go anywhere else. I was greeted by Tom who spent some time not only asking the questions they all do, but actually listening to the answers. After a short while, it was was evident he simply understood what I was looking for. He quickly identified a property and arranged a viewing. Tom met us at the property, promptly and with enthusiasm. Whilst he walked around the property with us he gave is enough space to explore, discuss and ask questions. This approach gave us scope to make a quicker decision as to our next steps. Tom was completely approachable, understanding and knowledgeable. Prior to meeting Tom I was not planning on using an estate agent at all to sell my property. However after meeting him, I was so impressed with him I’ve asked for him to assist with the sale of my property. I would absolutely recommend using Tom to others. He’s a credit to his team.

Last month I purchased a property through The Property Centre Longlevens. I am moving from out of the area to be nearer to work in Gloucester & my friends who live locally & have seen several properties over the months with various agents. Tom met me at the house on both occasions & was fantastic, very personable unlike most agents (he even noticed I'd had my hair done the 2nd time!) He happily answered my questions, took an interest in my plans & offered local advice. He allowed us plenty of time to wander around the house at our own pace without any pressure. I decided this was the property for me, both Tom & Emma were very professional during the negotiations never being pushy but keeping me informed & I'm so pleased to say that my offer was accepted! The Property Centre was recommended to me by a friend when I had to sell my late mother's home in Longlevens. The agent completely understood my circumstances, trying to sell a vacant house while living 100 miles away. Everyone bent over backwards to accommodate me by opening up for viewing using a key safe and ensuring that the property was locked up securely afterwards. All requests for information were responded to quickly and efficiently. I was presented with three options from potential buyers and the manager took me through each one carefully to ensure that I made an informed choice. Big thanks to Mrs Sigita Milteniene for arranging the meeting with mortgage adviser, we communicated with Sigita from time to time and I cannot even describe her professionalism, knowledge, her willingness to help. I can’t not thank Lee and John and all his team at the property centre enough, after my 4th attempt I finally sold my house even with all the covid restrictions in place . They definitely went out of their way for me and pulled out all the stops in trying to get the very best out come for me to sell my house. Lee and his team kept me informed and came up with new ideas in which to sell my house and we tried the video virtual tour around my house during the covid 19 lock down which still kept buyers looking and raising interest. Great experience from Lee & the team 3rd time lucky on purchasing my first home. Found other agents frustrating from lack of contact to being lied to. Communication throughout was amazing, Danielle was managing the sale for me and she did a great job, being the go between with me and the solicitors, doing weekly calls to check the progress etc. By doing these weekly calls she limited the amount of time wasted When my solicitors forgot to order the searches, had she not have made the calls it could have been weeks before I had found out. In the current situation with Covid-19 it is likely the house sale would have fallen through. When the office closed my main point of contact was the branch manager Lee. My solicitor was having issues and problems getting hold of the sellers solicitor and getting any answers to questions and with getting the contracts back. 1 call to Lee and he sorted this out and for the rest of the process to completion was really hands on with getting it over the line, dealing with the seller and both solicitors, dealing with any issues as well as contacting me throughout to keep me updated. Once again had he not got involved there is a chance the sale may not have gone through as we were getting nowhere. He really went above and beyond.
