James and Allison and the whole team were fantastic throughout. We had a great chat with James and were able to sort everything in one easy visit. We were able to negotiate the fees with ease and no awkwardness. It was a great experience. I was updated every step of the way and even with some more challenging issues further down the chain we were able to complete within a good time frame. I highly recommend property centre and will certainly use them again. They were absolutely brilliant. I cannot fault them!

So to preface this, we now have a long relationship with The Property Centre as far as buying a home goes. We tried purchasing a house through them back in October 2021, had the offer accepted, mortgage in place, survey done etc and then the seller pulled out. We were devastated and out several thousand pounds and as first time buyers this is not the experience we had expected. The Property Centre were very supportive during this time, and we started working together closely to find our next property to try and purchase, we had a small area to look at based on our requirements and a difficult time to buy in any area was made worse by no housing stock coming to market. The team worked tirelessly trying to find us a place, getting us in to properties as soon as humanly possible, constantly keeping us in the loop with potential properties and ensuring that we had the best advice when it came to making offers of our own. I'd specifically like to mention how helpful Lucy, Jackie and Victoria were; they were an absolute God send through this process and were so patient and determined to find us a place and I can happily say we have completed and are in our new home thanks to them. We couldn't be happier and we'll certainly be using their services in the future.

An unbelievably excellent service from start to finish, not your usual estate agent experience. From the initial market appraisal that was carried out professionally, through to final completion I cannot fault the team at Quedgeley. Before they even took the photos they had viewings arranged, and within less than 72 hours they had a number of offers on the property, all with buyers with verified mortgage offers, and all over the asking price. From that point, they kept me informed of the process, and the actual sale was completed in record time. In fact the buyer wanted to exchange early whilst I was out of the country, and the team at Quedgeley even managed to find me a property to rent that suited my needs while I was out of the country and managed to get all the dates to match so I could move easily.
