Mac really went out of his way in helping me find property under £100K. It took 12 days. Exceptional customer service all round with no request too large, no detail too small.

We initially booked 5 estate agents and Mark from the Property centre visited first. He was very enthusiastic about the sale and appeared interested in the house. He gave us a sale price which was very good. The other two agents who visited seemed fairly disinterested and pitched our sale at £30k less than the that which Mark had suggested. We had a chat about it and cancelled the other 2 agent appointments and decided to go with the Property Centre. If we could achieve the price Mark quoted then it would only make sense to go with the Property centre. We had a few viewings and communication from the Property centre was very good. We initially had an offer that was £12.5k over the sale price given by the other two agents. After another couple of viewings the full asking price was achieved and we ended up £30k above the sale price given by the other agents. Dawn was very good and contacted me every week with an update on how the sale process was progressing. We are now in the house that we wanted and couldn't have afforded it if we hadn't done the sale through the Property centre. Many Thanks to all the Tuffley team

The Property Centre Tuffley marketed and sold one of my rental properties recently. This wasn’t an easy sale. The property had some structural issues, searches were severely delayed due to a cyber attack at the council offices and I was pushing hard to get completion before the end of the tax year to minimise my CGT impact. I’d already lost two buyers and was at a high risk of losing the third. One member of TPC staff demonstrated professionalism, real tenacity and innovative thinking to get the sale over the line.
