We purchased a house on their books. From day one the communication was excellent; with Hunters being very responsive (even at weekends). It turned out that both us and the seller had difficult solicitors and Hunters mainted the comunication flow where the solicitors failed. We ended up changing solicitors and Hunters facilitiated the transtion with as least upset for the seller as possible. When we hit little bumps along the way, Hunters were there to help clarify, smooth and assist where they could. It made a very, very stressful experience slightly more bearable. I'm not planning on moving anytime soon, but when I do, I'll be headed to Hunters.

I would recommend Hunters and in particular Alison to anyone. Other than being extremely professional, she always returned messages, and went beyond the call of duty on a couple of occasions (which i didnt expect) to help and always got answers to questions i needed. When solicitors were being slack she got on the case and so did Liz. I owe a debt of gratitude to these two steely ladies for getting things done and helping our family start a new chapter in our lives within the time scale we predicted. Thank you very much Alison and Liz for the professional, no messing about service and care. From one happy and grateful family

Having moved house on numerous occasions I have to say that the Team at Hunters Estate Agents Hereford proved themselves to be the most professional and competent estate agents that I have had dealings with. I came across Hunters after we had already discussed valuations with 4 other agents. I contacted them in order to book a viewing. They called me back later that day to update me that an offer had been made on the house I was due to view and had been accepted. After this I got them round to do a valuation as I really appreciated the honesty and customer service. They were amazing and I am so glad I made the choice to use them. As a seller I could not recommend Hunters more. They keep you up to date but aren’t intrusive and are professional but friendly. They went out of their way to help and reassure me on numourous occasions and hope I get the opportunity to work with them again. As a buyer we have recently dealt with a few estate agents who have disappointed us and I am kno that any of people viewing our property would have only had the best customer service. Amazing estate agents!

First contact was with Alison. What a breath of fresh air! There's nothing worse than having a bolshie 'know-it-all' come blithering into your home, making the process (which is absolutely horrible in itself) even more daunting. I had a few of those when making initial enquiries. Then Alison of Hunters arrived and I scratched every other Estate Agents off my list. Hunters are up front, informative, available and reliable. Useless. Booked a viewing at an apartment and they never showed up. Stood waiting outside and called the office to see where they were. Told us they'd call back right away and let us know what was going on. After 20 minutes we call again - said they would give us a call back immediately. It's been 2 hours now. Safe to say we didn't wait any longer. Awful waste of time. **Edit - moving up from 1 star to 3 as the owner kindly gave me a call to apologise which was much appreciated**

They sold my flat within days of it going on the market and handled everything in a very professional manner answering any question immediately. Even two years after the sale they were more than happy to assist me in replacing some documents that I had misplaced. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. This is our 9th house in fifty two years of marriage and the first time we have used an Agent for a second time. This is must be unusual in today’s hyper competitive market but loyalty and concern for the client’s needs and welfare deserves the reward of repeat business. One outstanding person does not compensate for an indifferent or inefficient office but, as in other walks of life, so often we see an excellent team emerging with best practise spread by example. We are now buying possibly the last property we will ever purchase but hope when the time comes for it to be sold Hunters of Hereford will still be polishing it’s reputation for excellent service. I do not believe that clients of the many Internet Agencies now advertising so aggressively will get the standard of service we have received in two difficult sales."
