I would highly recommend Sunderlands in Hereford. An agent selling the property I was a tenant at made the effort to write a note to thank me for keeping the place clean and tidy for when he did the walk around for potential buyers. The acknowledgment of his appreciation was so lovely. Following that I had fantastic service from Lianne who has been on the end of the phone if needed and has been very efficient with emails and the proceedings for my next rental property. Extremely great service with Sunderlands!

After searching around for a couple of months to find a suitable properties with other estate agents, 24 hours after contacting Sunderland's I'd viewed a property, applied to rent, been approved and paid the deposit! After 16 years of renting, I can honestly say this is the best letting agency I have ever dealt with. Phil found us a lovely flat very quickly, the moving in process went smoothly and any issues were dealt with quickly. (There was a blocked pipe on the roof causing water to enter our flat and within 15 minutes of reporting it he had a handyman around to fix it!) We also got our deposit back within 2 days of requesting it, which is a breath of fresh air considering how long I've had to wait with other agencies. Brilliant service!

I feel the service we received was not great. The members I spoke to were pleasant but there was certainly a delay in getting a call back/response.
