Steven and the team at Watkins and Thomas have been amazing through the whole process of both selling my grandfather’s house and buying my first home. Friendly, helpful and very approachable. I have been able to call them anytime about anything. I would highly recommend them.

My partner and I are first time buyers. We have bought our first property through Watkins Thomas and were taken care of by Steve. - The service was above and beyond, calling us after hours to give us updates. Steve and the wider team handled everything very smoothly and were able to get answers to all of our questions. Whilst Steve was off we were contacted by his colleague to let us know that anything they could help with would be dealt with by this other individual [I think his name was Dan]. Always a nice touch to not have a drop in service due to a holiday. Without reservation I would recommend Steve and the team at Watkins Thomas! 👍👍👍

First class service from a first class local company. And they weren't even our estate agent!! What we received from Jenny was completely above and beyond what you would expect from your own estate agent. The team really care about their customers and this is probably down to it being a local company (as well as just being nice people in general). We will NEVER use a nationwide chain again even if they do have an office in town and employ local people. Because they evidently just don't care! If it wasn't for Jenny filling in as the "step-estate agent" then we wouldn't of had any communication or update through what was a frustrating last week (which was down to the useless solicitors we were recommended by our own estate agent). Thanks again Jenny for dealing with us and supporting us when you didn't have to. And thanks to Anthony for accommodating the viewings.
