Just bought our first home through beercocks and Nicky Moss was so helpful. Solicitors seem to have their own language but luckily she could understand them and explained everything perfectly every step of the way. I don’t know how much they pay her but it’s not enough! Couldn’t recommend more

All the staff have gone above and beyond to help sell my house. It was all done within 5 days of pictures and going on the preview launch. Viewings and negations was dealt with perfectly and also Henry who was the first point of call was amazing too. Would highly recommend!

This was the first time we have used Beercocks to sell a house and we have had an excellent experience to date. They have been professional, resonsive and efficient. Both the advert and photographs were done to a very high standard and they were able to drum up a lot of interest, translating into lots of viewings and offers. We had Stephen Beercock do our photos and what a fantastic job he did- we believe his efforts sold our house for the top end of the asking price. He did 2 visits, on the first he advised us to do some minor cosmetic changes - painting and tidying up etc. He did the photos and description on the second visit and we were very impressed with them. The office staff were fantastic too, they kept us informed of progress throughout the whole process of our house sale. We will definitely be recommending Beercock's to our family and friends. I don’t write feedback posts very often but I felt I needed to write about the fab service we had at Beercocks on Kingswood. Initially we lived away and had our house up for sale with another vendor (who managed our property living away) we decided to use Beercocks due to location initially. We were given great advice and I couldn’t praise the communication and improved images Beercocks used, definitely portrayed our house in the best way. Once sold we have wonderful follow up and we’re given clarity every step of the way. I just say a huge thank you to Craig at Beercocks who went the extra mile in selling our house, keeping us in the loop and even down to communication on the run up to completion. We were so happy with the service at Beercocks that we changed the vendor on another property in Cottingham to them too. Thanks again Craig!
