I've been looking for an apartment for my friend and her brother who moved all the way from London. To be perfectly honest, experience with the first real estate agent left us slightly puzzled as they were late and we could sense there was a lack of knowledge about the property and we simply didn't feel valued as a potential tenant. We felt like just a "one of" I was not feeling like attending yet another viewing with agent that doesn't care but then - ..... I MET CLARK! What a breath of fresh air! We've all worked in hospitality and we all agreed that Clark is the embodiment of FAULTLESS CUSTOMER service. What a professional! He was so kind from the very beginning! From the beginning, the valuation was booked in very quickly and Tony who came to value the house was fantastic - his help and advice was very beneficial to us. It was decided that rental would be best in the interim between selling and buying properties. Having not rented before, there was no idea what to expect. A place was found in a nice village, which was being let by Lime Property The property unfortunately had many issues that we did not forsee. However, all the staff, but particularly Beth were very keen, empathetic and conscientious in ensuring that all the issues were sorted out. As with most Letting Agents, the service actually depends on the individual rather than the company. I dealt with Elaine Clappison throughout my tenancy. She was proficient, understanding and above all else extremely quick to deal with any issues that came up whilst I was private renting. The agency is good, only taking 4 weeks rent as a deposit was a first - If you're a tenant, make sure the property is managed by Lime.
