She makes a complicated process easy, follows up and keeps the whole show on track - she inspires confidence. She is knowledgeable about the market and the process, easy to talk with, efficient, hard working and friendly. Everything is done with a smile.

T. C.As a new landlord, I was unsure of which company to use for a fully managed service. I looked to canvass my many colleagues who I knew were renting properties locally and asked for their feedback on their experiences of using letting agents. Linley and Simpson came out on top every time for responding to tenant issues in a timely fashion and quickly acting on any potentially property damaging issues. Alex explained in easy to understand terms of how they would manage my property and very patient in answering my many newby questions, it's a bewildering process but he made things very easy and had it advertised on the same day which was amazing! Since finding our tenants, Hayley has been fantastic in keeping me informed of what's happening every step of the way and responds to emails so quickly that I feel completely comfortable in handing things over to them - it feels very efficient and they're so smiley in the office too! I have no hesitation in recommending them!! :-)

As a contractor I have found the team very efficient and easy to deal with solving problems quickly with a proactive attitude and the process of receiving, discussing and ultimately receiving payment for work is always very smooth.
P. B.I have found the staff at Lindley & Simpson to be friendly and very efficient. I live abroad ,so I cannot get to see my property, other than when we visit the U.K. on holiday, and Lindley & Simpson make regular inspections and keep me fully informed. During recent problems with the property they have dealt with the insurance company and the loss adjuster and sourced the appropriate contractors to undertake the repairs, including making visits and obtaining quotations on my behalf. M. O.I rent a house in Beverley through L & S. This morning, without any warning the oven glass door literally ‘exploded’ showering glass everywhere. It seems this is not uncommon
I rang to report this at 9am to Charlotte in the Hull L & S office who was super efficient and very helpful.
By mid afternoon a tradesman had been in touch and by 6pm he’d attended and fitted a shiny new oven. All in time for tea!
Can’t fault today’s service and special thanks to Charlotte for managing this mini crisis.
