We were selling my late father-in-law's house and, since we live 200 miles away and have no close family in Hull, it was essential for us to find a good, reliable local Estate Agent. We did our research and Reeds Rains gave us the most confidence, so we chose them - and are very pleased that we did. Steven Goforth prepared a really attractive write-up, and the video tour was also impressive. Our main contact - Natalie Williams - was excellent and professional throughout, keeping us informed of developments and reassuring us when things seemed to be going slightly off-course. The only fly in the ointment was that Reeds Rains insisted on using the word "complimenting", rather than "complementing", in two parts of the description - "complimenting gardens" front and back and "complimenting work-surfaces and tiles" - and we just could not persuade them that, in fact, the customer was right on this occasion! But that is a very minor niggle, and we would not hesitate to recommend Reeds Rains.
