Recently moved down from Bridlington to Hull and managed to find a really nice property with this agency. The property is very nice, in a quiet area and well looked after. If ever I have any problems that I cannot sort myself, Rent Residential are always there to help so I know I can rely on them. They are fast and effective at getting things resolved for me and are also very friendly and easy to talk to. Having had a bad experience with my previous rental agency in the past, I do not need to worry about that with these. I would be happy to recommend them to any of my friends and family and If the need ever arose for me to move in the future, I will be sticking with them! Such an amazing company and lovely staff! Our landlord was selling their property and was looking for a quick sale which unfortunately for us meant we needed somewhere fast. Such wonderful and friendly staff here! I first contacted them enquiring about a house I had seen on the internet on Kingswood. The woman I spoke to on the phone was lovely and very helpful when trying to squeeze me in for a last minute viewing. When attending the viewing the man who showed me and my husband round was really nice and was able to answer any questions We had about the house (the house was lovely by the way). We decided to proceed with applying for the property and throughout the entire application and moving in process the staff was amazing and really helpful along the way to help us move into our new home! I can’t thank Rent Residential enough for what they did for us and what they continue to do. I would definitely recommend using them!
