Really impressed with this company, Jenny was so helpful organising a quote for a bathroom refurbishment and helping me with the design. She got a great team to come and do the work within only a couple of weeks. Were as I had been waiting months to even hear back from other companies. I am really pleased with the finished result. The tiling looks great and my new shower space is exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service, applied for my home to be valued for sale. David at Wigwam home got in touch with me at 20:30pm the same evening and booked us in with him to do a house valuation. Quick process with signing on, to photos of the home, to the house being online for sale. House was on the market for three days and was sold immediately. In my case, David and James where professional, helpful / friendly through-out the sale of our property. As part of our package, we were also happy with the solicitor dealing with our sale. Houses do tend to sell themselves these days with Right Move etc however once sold that’s when the estate agents come in with there invaluable experience. I have to mention the sales progression man, James Iodine. He was brilliant when both solicitors seemed to be in a stand off. After having my property on the market for over six months with little to no interest, I realised I had to be realistic in my expectations to sell quickly. I had approached several "cash buyers" but the offers were insulting truth be told. David came to see me and offered an alternative approach which was a flat fee for sale and said he could have an offer within a week. He was as good as his word and 7 days later I received an offer. My personal experience is a very positive one in stark contrast to some of the reviews I've read below; and I would have no qualms in recommending this companies services to anyone in a similar situation.

I have been a tenant with this landlord for 9 years and have never experienced any problems. They have always been very responsive to any repairs and acted upon them efficiently and accommodating to reflect my work hours. The properties are of a high standard with regular and thorough gas inspections as per legal requirements. The landlord listens to his tenants and is always open to ideas of improvements to the property and is happy to assist wherever possible. I have heard many horror stories when it comes to landlords but I can confidently say that this is not one of them and I would highly recommend Wigwam Homes to anyone.
