Having started the process prior to the pandemic and first lock down communication was maintained throughout even though the first property fell through and back to the drawing board we went with the help of Nina who know what property we wanted, and after the testing times we have now began to settle into our new house and relax - which after living with packing boxes around you for months due to the uncertainty is a real bonus. Very efficient service from William H Brown. Jae our mortage advisor aswell as everyone else in the office, when answering my many calls were great! Although sometimes a little slow returning calls, in general I found the team polite, friendly and professional. Savanna in particular was very good and 'on the ball' when obtaining and relaying information when the sale of our property stalled due to frequent and unnecessary stalling further down the chain.
