I was looking for a home to move in with specific specifications in a specific area (!) and Maria called me straight away when she spotted such property of my choice was available. Viewing was arranged with Tony and few days later Bobby did a brilliant job in getting my offer negotiated and accepted. I must say Maria and Bobby have been excellent, professional, proactive and an absolute pleasure to deal. We got the lovely home we wanted which wouldn't have happened if they hadn't been so on the ball. Their communication was clear and responsive, and they were pro-active in solving any potential issues before they arose in order to make the transaction as straightforward as possible. We would definitely recommend them to anyone buying/selling a property in this area. Lewis was helpful and candid too, infact the whole team was excellent! They answered all of our questions from the beginning to the end, patiently guided us through the entire process and were very communicative throughout. Moving has always been a major headache as there is always something bound to go wrong but they made the whole process so smooth and easy. They go above and beyond to help, are excellent communicators and made us feel like their priority even though they probably had many other customers selling properties that are far more expensive than ours! They also introduced us to a very professional and reasonable solicitor, and a very helpful mortgage broker who saved us thousands of pounds in interest on our mortgage. If we ever sell again, we will most definitely be using Austwick Berry, as in this day and age a reliable and honest estate agent is very hard to find!
