Sold our house through Foxhall within 3 days of putting it on the market and one of those was a Sunday. Having found a buyer, Sigourney was invaluable in helping us negotiate the pitfalls of a small but geographically diverse chain and we complete this week. All the home advantage of a local company, without the costs of the larger agents but with the post sale experience that you need to get through to completion. What's not to like?

I cannot praise the Foxhall Estate Agents' staff too highly. They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, keenly priced and friendly. Based on my recent experience I wouldn't use anyone else and will recommend them without reservation. Nigel

They arranged a 2nd visit for us once our offer was accepted and waited very patiently so we could take measurements, etc, as the vendor was unable to be there. I have just bought my house through Foxhalls. It’s been so smooth and well handled.
