H.I have used Haart Estate Agents for the past ten years to let out my property for which they have been very efficient in finding tenants quickly so I don''t have a very long void between rental change overs. Their communication skills are excellent and I am kept up-to-date with any issues as and when they arise. Their fees are very reasonable and I am super happy with the level of service I receive. I give them 5 stars and would be happy to recommend. Extra stars if I could give them to Lara and Georgina who are a joy to work with and always bring a smile to my face. Keep up the good work guys.

P.I came across the most stunning property and I immediately emailed the contact on the video, when I didn't hear back after a few days (hence the one star missing), I called up instead and was put through to a different agent from the one I emailed and it was super smooth from then on. Neil Duhaney was super helpful, answered all my questions, showed me around. And of course Corinne Reed, Even when one was away the other would pick up so I never felt like I was being left to the side or forgotten about.
Though I didn't get the property in the end which I'm gutted about, my experience with both Neil and Corinne was definitely 5* / top notch!
s. s.This letting agency has a great response and always answer the questions promptly. But for the tenants , please be careful when you are about to sign the tenancy agreement and there are important clauses you must aware.
Communication with the Landlord will be with the agent and they are helpful. And also you have to pay insurance fees as an addition for the property which I haven't encounter before.

c. h.I have just left renting to buy a house, I rented my previous property for 8 years, and always found Haart to be helpful. I'd like to say though, that my local branch in Bury St Edmunds were always particularly friendly. A big shout out to Jack Taylor who helped me acquire my tenancy agreements to provide to the mortgage lender, he sorted it out very quickly. And also to Lee Kennedy, who helped my Brother & his family to move in to the property after me. Both men were very helpful, with polite, gentle manners.
d. g.New tenant process. Polite, professional, and generally made the process very easy. Their lettings portal is easy to use and quite modern compared to other estate agents, we even received a “new home” greetings card from the team along with the keys which was cute.
There was some confusion between the agent and the landlord as to what white goods were included with the property which is the reason for the 1 missing star. Despite this, one of the best experiences I have had with an estate agent in recent years.
Mostly dealt with James in the Ipswich branch and I highly recommend both James and Haart.

T. M.The original meeting at my late mothers house went really well. We agreed to using Haarts estate agent for our sale. You sold our house in 3 DAYS....excellent, we were so impressed!
My instructions at that first meeting was “not to put a for sale board up as the house as it was was not occupied.”
The board was put straight up!! Despite ringing and being assured that the sign would be taken down immediately, it took 4 days to take down, then a Sold sign was put up!, I took it down myself and informed your office where it was. It was still there 4 days later!, Another phone call to you!
I also was a little disappointed that I had to keep ringing you for updates. Two calls taken by your answer service were not returned.
Overall, the speed of the sale was brilliant, but a few tweaks needed with communication.

Terrell has been nothing but amazing making sure we were kept updated through out the process and nothing was too much for him to help us with.
