We sold our house last year using Joseph. The listing process was simple and they produced great quality photos and a virtual tour, and their fee was competitive. We sold the property within hours. Unfortunately, our our first sale ending up becoming extremely protracted and a very stressful process ensued. This was not the fault of Joe or his team however and I have to praise Will in particular for his diligence throughout. Due to the difficulties, there were numerous calls and emails over several months.; Will always responded promptly and did what he said he would do, as did Joe when he stepped in on occasion. Unfortunately our sale eventually fell through due our buyers sale aborting, but the house was sold again in a matter of days after Will and Joe arranged an open house due to the high demand for viewings. The sale this time was much smoother and completed within 5 weeks! It is evident that Joe has set out to put customer service at the top of his priorities, and has employed staff who are a credit to him and who are enabling him to achieve this. Estate Agents often get a bad rep for charging a lot of money versus solicitors, but doing much less work. In this instance, they really earnt their fee, (much more so than my solicitor earned hers!), and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

Brilliant company and can thoroughly recommend them. Will looked after us and never once over-promised, always got back to us when he said he would and, quite simply, knows what he is talking about. We’ve all experienced bad service and thought to ourselves, “if I did my job like that, I wouldn’t have my job much longer…”. Joseph’s is the complete opposite - the definition of good service. My only regret is not employing to sell our house sooner.

I had a last minute job relocation to Suffolk from the north west, I was struggling to find a place to move to in such short notice. Jospeh's; Especially Rebecca ensured my transition and move was done promptly. She was very helpful by capturing a video tour due to not being able to physically view it. so when I arrived everything was good to know and she shared some local knowledge as I was new in the area. Rebecca was extremely through with both moving in and leaving the tenancy as well as she dealt with all other complications. she was courteous of my move and schedule viewers when it was best for me. We decided to use Joseph property estate agents after being recommended by a friend. The reason we signed their contract was down to their fantastic visual media, creating aesthetically pleasing photos and virtual tours. When the director arrived for his initial market evaluation, he assured us that he had sold several new builds and gave the impression he would sell our property with ease. He was also optimistic with the price we had as this was very competitive with the other houses around us. Unfortunately when we received an offer £20k under budget (and only having the house on the market for a short while); he told us that we should not be “arrogant” with our house price and accept the offer. Consequently and after some thought, this lead us to reject the offer. This interaction gave the impression that he wanted an immediate sale from our property and was presumptuous whilst doing so. We thought about withdrawing within our cooling off period, however decided not to. After stating our thoughts about withdrawing, he was more than happy to mention how he spent his own money on the marketing and promotion for our house. This was mentioned several times and it made us feel guilty to consider withdrawing. Nonetheless, I can say that Will was excellent and offered professional customer service at all times. He was consistent with his updates and always prioritised our schedule when booking viewings. He is an asset to this company and was courteous and respectful at all times. He was able to offer professional advice and clearly had pertinent knowledge within the housing economy. If we ever decided to put our house back on the market, I would contact Will and see which company he was working for.

We decided to sell our home with Joe after having spoken on a few occasions when looking at a house he was selling. Our own chosen agent hadn't sold our house in 16 weeks and we were feeling quite negative. On our first day with Joe, we had 6 viewings booked and within 24 hours, we had an offer that we were very happy with. Joe is friendly, professional and makes you a priority. Can’t fault these guys. William dealt with me initially and Joe had a fair bit of input. Stuck to their agreement. Price was very fair for the service offered. One sale fell through but they backed it up with a higher offer, although it took a while through no fault of their own they chased and persisted with chasing the seller on my behalf. Recommended.
