S. R.I've rented though Leaders for almost 4 years, but only the last year or so as a managed property. I was due a property inspection which was arranged by Abi. She was very accommodating, tailoring the time of the visit to fit in with my schedule. During the inspection I mentioned a few things related to general wear and tear. The next day, I received notification that Abi had raised the things I mentioned with their contractor who have already been in touch to arrange an appointment. Excellent service - I found Abi to be very personable and friendly - a credit to the leaders team!

Being a landlord "on a distance" is not easy and you need reliable and competent property management staff to run everything for you smoothly, not so much when tenants are in as much as when the tenants change. The property has been managed brilliantly by Alice for the past few years. Recently we had a change of tenants and had to do a lot of redecorating jobs, both, inside the house and outside, requiring garden, electric, plumbing, flooring, redecoration and heating contractors. Alice was excellent in getting different quotation from contractors, scheduling works timely, getting them to deliver on time and managing the ledger and the whole process with competence and professionalism.
