I was introduced to Oakheart when I viewed a property they were representing. I was impressed as a buyer by their knowledge and professional yet kind approach.
I requested a valuation of my property and Ben from Oakheart Ipswich came to do the valuation. He offered great advice, had done a great deal of local market research and spoke about my small property with care and appreciation. I knew it was the right decision to use Oakheart. I received the first offer on my property within 4 hours of the first viewing, and in total had 6 offers from interested buyers. This was managed by Kelly, the Ipswich branch manager, exceptionally. Kelly has been such a positive and empathetic listening ear. Offering astute advice and guidance. I honestly do not think I would have had such a successful and stress free experience without their guidance. I have had constant timely updates and regular phone calls, alongside fantastic online resources and portals which has given me information and awareness of each stage of the sale. Oakheart really went above and beyond and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is debating selling their home or making a purchase through them.

Everyone knows estate agents are a niche breed, that most, including myself, detest.
Oakheart however are fundamentally leaps and bounds ahead.
Driven, professional and enthusiastic without all the traditional trimmings of estate agency nonsense, I.e over excited sales people.
They are honest, trustworthy and communicative.
I went through two agents before my property sold, it was a challenge admittedly.
What was refreshing, unlike previous agents, Oakheart didn’t give me any patter, tell me what I wanted to hear. They told me straight.
They sold my property within a week. After it had been with previous agents 6 months.
After it had completed I noticed a discrepancy on the sales fee and I had been over charged.
I approached them and rectified the issue no problem at all. I can imagine if I had have been with a different agent they wouldn’t have been so honest and open.

They had 8 or 9 viewing booked withing days and ultimately sold within a week. They kept on top of multiple offers and took the initiative to liase with different buyers before coming to me for a decision.
