Went the extra mile on many occasions to get my heating working again, as it turned out the previous house owners unfortunately had the boiler plumbed in incorrectly, which was confirmed by the boiler manufacturer when discussed with them.
I had 5 new rads fitted & a hive thermostat, as well as a pressurised system to aid flow around the house.
Karl & his team were very knowledgeable, friendly & polite & nothing was an issues even when stumbling blocks rose due to having such an old heating system in place with a 10 year old boiler.
The house has never been so warm & the new rads look great. Would I recommend this company who have also re-skimmed walls for me as well & at very competitive pricey as well. Then the answer is a resounding yes.

We always use Suffolk Facilities Management for all of the plumbing and heating jobs that arise in our busy household. Karl is quick to respond with any initial enquires and has great communication when trying to solve any issues he may foresee.
We had a new kitchen sink fitted recently and the team turned up on time, worked hard, were polite, helpful and cleaned up!!

We had our 2 gas fires and boiler serviced by Suffolk Facilities Management yesterday. Andrew turned up on time, was polite and courteous. He was very efficient and made sure he put everything back where he found it. Andrew even had to teach me how to use one of our gas fires because I didn't have a clue! Our boiler kept continuously breaking down, we just had a new born and Joe came as an emergency call out within 2 hours of being contacted, he was very very thorough and temporarily fixed the problem. He explained that if it happened again certain parts would need to be ordered and fitted. Obviously 2 days later the boiler broke down again, Joe and Jade were very efficient and had the parts ordered and ready to fit within 24 hours. Communication was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend this company any more highly. Thank you for your fantastic service!! You really looked after us well!

We had total failure in the heating system during the storms in Suffolk - worst timing! So our Landlord contacted their insurer and we had Suffolk Facilities attend the next morning. They called half hour before attendance, very punctual and chatty. Karl explained the diagnosis on the boiler and what options would be put to our Landlord. He managed to get 2 of the radiators working and I thought it would be a lengthy process as the company cant action anything unless the insurer authorises it, and looked like the boiler woould be deemd beyond economical repair.
Karl personally spoke to our Landlord and by that afternoon had provided a quote for a refit, and had availability to start work the next day.
Thankfully having a very understanding boss got the go ahead to work from home so it could go ahead.
Engineer Sam turned up the next morning and got straight to work, very polite, any issues were fully explained and even had an issue where the new boiler was unfortunately damaged from the supplier (these things happen and not SFMs fault) - expecting that to put everything on hold for minimum 24 hours, he got a new boiler within 90 minutes delivered and then continued to fit and make sure that he worked till the job was done, not leaving till gone 7.30pm, 2.5 hours after the end of his shift. He worked his absolute socks off and cleaned up everything afterwards. I am so pleased to say that the heating and hot water is the best it has ever been, and I would happily contact Suffolk Facilities Management again for any form of work. Its really great to know the owner of the company also still does jobs as well as his team.
