I’ve used rents for around 8 years, the ladies all work very hard to look after tenants they have on their books. Work is done with in service level agreements. I won’t use another estate agents.

I rented a lovely house through Rents for 5 years. Throughout, they were friendly and professional. Any queries or issues i had concerning the property were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I only wish more rental management companies and letting agents were like them! If i find myself looking for rental property in Suffolk again, Rents will be my first port of call.

As tenant, I would say they are very professional, reaponds very quickly if any problem reported. Love the app to report any issues. Very strict about regular inspection of property regularly - something landlords will love. Not been a problem for us as we like to keep things tidy. Moved to my own house now and been refunded the whole deposit - this is the 4th rented property for us and we never lost any deposit anywhere!
