After meeting 3 lettings agents, Donna and Michelle gave me confidence my home was going to be handled by people, not a large corporate business. Couple of agents it was clear they just wanted to to sign up. Donna and Michelle gave honest advice, took time to obtain photographs and identified through their experience who would be most appropriate people and a sensible asking rent to attract the correct calibre of people Enquiries screened, and viewings made. Within a day, suitable people found, referenced. Within 5 days they were ready to move in. Much quicker than previous experiences. I thought letting a home again would be painful, they have shown it can be painless, hassle free, all because they deal with the process, start to finish. I feel in safe hands. Due to a career that has involved numerous relocations over recent years, I have had both positive and negative experiences of letting agents. Of all of those experiences, my experience with RLS has been by far the most professional, smooth and responsive. I believe it was only 4 weeks ago since I decided to relocate and started searching for properties... I found a property that I liked, made contact, a viewing was arranged and then the application process began and was completed in the same day. Less than 4 weeks later after starting my search, my partner and I have a moving date arranged very soon. In addition to this the landlord offered to provide a safe, socially distanced tour of the property for all hints and tips to prevent any issues in the future. Wonderful service and would definitely recommend.
