Within weeks they'd secured me a genuine buyer and we completed within 12 weeks of accepting offers. The service received from Sharnie and her team at Ipswich was first class. Sharnie and Sophia Rogers(not related) The A Team... From the initial valuation by Sharnie to completion we experienced a seamless experience. The personable professionalism and attention to detail was exemplary. As sellers we were informed and kept up to date throughout the process and were very impressed with the speed and organisation of Struut & Parker. EPC certificates and photographer were booked within hours.... On going on the market we sold within 4 days. Sophia handled 9 viewings in 2 days expertly and without a hitch. Sharnie negotiated between 2 buyers and achieved over ask. I had suggested a personal monetary reward if they could achieve an over ask sale... Sharnie politely refused.... So professional.
