We made the tough decision to sell our beloved house in Middleton in order to be nearer our children in the West Country. Having put a lot of work into transforming our home we wanted to find an inspired estate agent to sell it. After a little research we came across Tim Day of Suffolk Coastal, who came round for a look a few days later. His professionalism, genuine enthusiasm and intelligence shone through, and we appointed him as our agent. What can I say…the man is brilliant - everything he has done or organised has been superb. His suggestions were helpful, his photographer is in a different league. The photos are of the highest quality and the settings cleverly chosen to bring the house alive. The house was under offer above the asking price within a week and Tim was on hand to help bring the sale to a successful conclusion. Having, over the years, moved house seven times I can confirm that Tim is head and shoulders above any Estate Agent I have ever met. I wouldn’t recommend anyone more enthusiastically than Tim Day of Suffolk Coastal.

Outstanding from start to finish. From the initial meeting with Tim, I knew he was the estate agent I'd go with: he oozes drive and expertise. He tailored the service to match my needs in a way I've not come across before, and we worked together as a team to prepare my house ready for sale, lining up my solicitor so they were also ready to go. What I found most reassuring about Suffolk Coastal is that Tim was the only point of contact and was ALWAYS there on the end of the phone. Rather than having to go through the rigmarole of calling or emailing like you do with other estate agents (and waiting forever for a response), I could text him and get an instant answer, making things a whole heap easier at an already stressful time. The specialist photographer was second to none. We waited for a sunny day (to make the pictures pop!), and the photos absolutely did my house justice in an honest way (not overusing the wide-angled lens that so many estate agents seem to do!). But Tim's experience really came into its own once the house went 'live' and viewings commenced. 6 days. 17 viewings. 4 offers. Says it all! What sets Tim apart from his competitors is his ability to understand people when it comes to selling/buying. He carried out all viewings to fit around me, (he even did them at weekends), taking all the stress off my shoulders. He created the right amount of urgency to bring the offers in and didn't settle for the first one we got. He maintained transparency and honesty throughout, always keeping me in the loop and advising of the best next step. Once I'd chosen the buyer, he then ensured the liaison was seamless between us and the solicitors, chasing and applying pressure when required. We went from offer to completion in six weeks. And that was thanks to Tim. I can't imagine how I'd have done it all without him. Not only did I get the best possible price for my house, I felt carried and supported through the whole process, leaving me free to focus on packing and the details of my next move. So, if you're serious about selling your home as quickly and efficiently as possible, knowing it's in the safest of hands, look no further than Suffolk Coastal. Calling Tim was the best move I could have made.

After spending several years renovating our home in Rendham we decided to have a life change. After speaking with a couple of other agents we were not sensing any real enthusiasm for selling our home just a commercial transaction. Our home was not comparable with anything else sold locally and we felt had a uniqueness about it that the other agents were not spotting the value of. Along came Tim who understood our home, the level of fixtures, fittings, workmanship and the unique selling points laid out in front of him.
