Having recently decided to move into the area from Derby, we expected to have a fairly difficult time finding a house and arranging everything in a longer distance move, but Becky and the team have made sure the whole process ran smoothly. We were kept up to date the whole time and most importantly (in our opinion) all of our questions were answered promptly and helpfully. We’ve had a fab experience and would definitely recommend!

Just purchased our first house through Belvoir. We had been stood up for a viewing by a different estate agent which turned out to be a blessing in disguise because afterwards our perfect house came up through Belvoir. We booked a viewing, made an offer and had it accepted all within 24 hours due to their responsiveness. They were accommodating when we wanted extra viewings of the house throughout the purchase process and Melanie was always responsive to emails and kept us updated throughout.

I have just purchased a property in Bramley thru Belvoir in Bramley. I have purchased properties over the years but Belvoir has simply been the best from viewing to completion. They have been very accommodatin. We were able to complete the transaction in 2 months.

I am a landlord and use the full management service. I recently had a client who left the property without proper notice. And, even worse, had left it in a disgusting and really dirty condition. He had smoked inside and the place absolutely stank of smoke and there were tar marks on the walls. Due to the Covid crisis, the agency had not been able to access the property to carry out their usual checks. The agency were extremely helpful and thing were sorted out brilliantly. The property is now once again in an excellent condition and I am awaiting a credit check before the next tenant moves in. I dealt mostly with Tracey, who has been fantastic, but all the staff have never been anything other than totally professional, friendly and helpful. They are a great team!

They go the extra mile. The boss is a fantastic lady who helped me when my housemate of 1 month lost his job and turned out to be secretly in thousands of £ worth of debt before moving in with me. He left the house and was later replaced with a couple of my friends. The organisation in whole have put a lot of trust in me and I thank them for getting me out of such an awful predicament. The only complaint I have is each member of staff is almost like "on their own island" and I feel should either have their own extension numbers so tennants can contact the person that actually 'knows of them' rather then ringing the office and having the receiver of your call asking round the office for the relevant person for you
