We have just sold our house through Richard and the service he provided was second to none. When valuing our property ready for market, Richard discussed with us the best way to get good interest, whilst receiving the best realistic price. We asked if it was possible to have all our viewings on one day (due to covid and us wanting/needing to leave the house) and this was all organised by Richard without any problems. We had a good number of viewings and several offers within a week – one of which we happily accepted! Richard was there to answer any questions at any stage, and also provided useful feedback at the end of each viewing. He was always contactable and friendly – the WhatsApp group was a great tool. We would highly recommend him to anyone selling their house and will definitely be keeping him in mind if we need to sell again!

Richard was brilliant through the entire process of selling our previous home. We first came to market in August, Richard had sold our house at full asking price within 5 days! 10 weeks later that sale fell through. Richard was quick to calm us down and put the house back on the market, he then sold it at full asking price again within 3 days! Richard then went above and beyond for the next few months, liasing with solicitors on both sides on our behalf to ensure everything happened on time and was a calming influence on me and my wife during a very stressful few weeks prior to completion. Richard is a credit to himself and to DPSH. Always available on the phone, quick to solve problems and always gives you his full attention. At times it felt like we were his only client as he was so attentive. If we ever sell our home again we will 100% be using Richard Hirst at DPSH. 5/5

Have nothing but praise to give Richard Hirst and Dan Pearce. They were always available and happy to advise and help out throughout the entire house buying process. We used Rich at DPSH for our house sale in Wortley. To be honest there were other estate agents who were used more in our area but we really liked Rich so decided to go with him and we certainly didn’t regret it. The house was marketed well, we used his knowledge to get the best possible price and he was there with every question I had (and I had loads). Lots of other estate agents use people in their office to deal with queries but we were in direct contact with him all the time. Our house sold really quick and we’re delighted we went with him!
