A. B.Helen and more recently Natalie, worked very hard to secure a sale on our property. Viewings were plentiful and accompanied. Once a sale was agreed Natalie kept in touch with both us and our buyer with regular updates. Completed today and grateful for all Emsleys help
H. R.Recently purchased a house through these. Natalie and Ellia were wonderful and very helpful. We were on holiday at the start of the process and Ellia contacted us through FaceTime etc to be able to sort everything out for us. Natalie took over from David, who luckily for us went away on holiday, he seemed to be bothered by the fact we knew a lot about the process of house buying even though we were first time buyers through parents being property developers. Unfortunately David told us that things didn’t work a certain way, when we have witnessed it first hand. This caused a hold up on the purchase and we almost lost our house. He then went on holiday and Natalie picked up for us doing exactly what we had asked David to do sending our direct correspondence to the vendors and this secured our purchase for us within a week of her taking over. I would highly advise asking for either Natalia or Ellia, these 2 alone were 5 star service.

V. R.Emsleys were absolutely amazing in my house move. Wendy, Helen and Mark from Leeds office helped me every step of the way. You know that in house moves things that can go wrong will! Well, I was in a Cornish storm (4 days no electricity! thanks Eugene!) had to delay my house move when the van company's vans were vandalised for fuel thefts! we had to change our move in date three times! we travelled with a poorly cat, over 8 hours cross country, with the team in Leeds Emsleys offering assurances, assistance, and above and beyond what we would have expected, cheering us on all the way to check in and keys. The key check in was also great, and I was given a life saving bag of goodies! with all the boxes shoved in the van this bag of goodies was essential : toilet roll! coffee and tea and a bin liner too, so thoughtful. Finally we got home. Thank-you Emsleys for making a madding journey happier and for being there the whole way. You were amazing, and part of the grand quest and home coming. You will be remembered fondly. I highly recommend Emsleys !! V and her happy cat :)
