I've read the negative comments on the web site and find it difficult to understand how they vary so much to my own experience. I was involved with them for a year from buying a run down property, through refurbishment to sale. I found the office staff and viewing team responsive and good at taking the initiative in working with potential buyers. The manager was very good, including offering appropriate property values and suggestions as to where and where not to spend money during the renovation. He has a good knowledge of the market and actively improved the marketing of the property. This and his positive approach produced a speedy sale at a price in excess of the guided one. The rewards from renovating have declined over the last few years and the risks have increased so I have reluctantly 'hung up my boots'. I'll miss the industry and the pleasure of working with teams like Emsleys

From putting our house on the marketing for less than a week we sold the property. Valuation was higher than other local estate agents as well. Great communication from the team throughout, always willing to chase the other parties involved. Cannot fault them really it’s stressful selling a house and not easy for everyone involved - Emsleys estate agents pulled there weight and it all went through in less than 3 months - during COVID 19 ! Well done Emsleys

I hate estate agents. Like literally HATE them - until i met Lee & co at the Rothwell branch. I bought a house off them and loved how they were, so then proceeded to buy and sell 2 more houses with them. I have never had any issues, they are professional, timely and considered. Lee is reliable and honest (which is all you can ask for in my eyes). I have bought and sold lots of houses over the years and never met any agents that i liked (i've been close to killing a few thats for sure) . I knew once i met Lee & Co that this time it would be different, and , it was. Personally now for me, i would never use another agent or online system. The personal service is worth every penny in my eyes. And yes sometimes they don't answer the phone and yes sometimes its takes a while to find things out, but this is just par for the course. I am staying LOYAL to them because of the service they offer, its a simple as that. I enjoy working with them - they are ACE!
