I would highly recommend Fowler and Powell. We have a very long process of around 9 months to buy our house, through no fault of F&P, as the chain feel through a few times. However throughout F&P were excellent, constantly providing information, if I ever called them or emailed I always got a prompt response. Without their diligence I doubt that the transaction would've ever gone through. They were also the most informed estate agent we dealt with when viewing properties. We viewed maybe 20 houses before getting our house - we found that many agents effectively just had someone with keys who sat in the kitchen whilst you roamed the house. In comparison F&P had both Julian and Levi there giving an actual tour of the house, could answer questions, and were just generally on the ball. F&P also provided small booklets of each listing to take away which was useful and a nice touch. They also had Samer from RemoUK attend some of these viewings who in the end we used as mortgage advisor who I would also recommend.

We have recently sold our house with Fowler & Powell and are currently part way through the sales process. To date, the service that we have received from them has been first class. We first started speaking to them almost a year ago, but for various reasons completed a loft conversion on our house before putting it on the market. Throughout that period Julien has been extremely helpful, keeping us up to date with the market, stamp duty deadlines and even offering recommendations of tradespeople to help us with various aspects of completing the redecoration of our house. He has kept in regular contact but has never once felt pushy. Since listing our house on the market the service has continued to be impeccable. The WhatsApp group makes it easy to contact him and he is always quick to respond. He is currently helping us find a house to purchase so that we can progress our sale. I couldn't recommend Fowler and Powell enough. From the first time Levi came to value our house to the sale, he has been professional, friendly and so focused on making things as easy as possible for us with a small baby and a toddler. Well what can I saw about Fowler & Powell? If you want a mediocre, average service from your estate agents then don’t choose these guys! They are a cut above the rest, a real breath of fresh air. If you’re looking for a genuine personal bespoke service, agents that really do care about you and not just a business transaction and really do invest their time into giving you the best service, then you won’t go far wrong with Fowler & Powell. They understand it’s not just bricks & mortar that their dealing with, they know there’s a back story, emotions involved for all parties and they strive to make it the least stressful and smooth as possible. During my recent sale I really needed that extra bit of something given the circumstances, and they really delivered. From my first enquiry call, the market appraisal meeting, the viewings day, they really stood out from all the other estate agents. And have really made what I was dreading would be a difficult stressful occasion into the best it could possibly be, and achieved great results too. A very different experience to my previous sale with a different agent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends, in fact you hear so many good recommendations locally, people probably already know how good they are. Professional, personable, thorough and willing to go that extra mile. Even one of the viewers commented to me how great they were! Thank you Levi & Julien for being amazing!
