I am extremely surprised at the bad reviews for Handley Gibson. I have had 3 lettings agreements with them over the last 5 years and without exception their service has been exemplary. They are very quick to respond to any query I have, take action as quickly as possible and work is always carried out to my satisfaction; sometimes over and above my expectations. Having experienced less than satisfactory responses from other agents, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had a garage rented through Handley Gibson and they was great. Even when I had a little billing issue (when I moved banks). Just handed the keys back and even the whole checkout process was just great. Can't recommend enough.

I just left my rented property provided by Handley Gibson. During the tenancy, all maintenance request were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I never had any issues contacting the agent and they always got back to me quickly. Whenever they wanted access to inspect, they let me know well in advance and made allowances so that I could be there. My deposit was returned within a few days of leaving. Really, I cannot understand why the only other two reviews are so negative. Thank you so much Handley Gibson.

Any maintenance issues were dealt with without hesitation, often going beyond what was requested. I have just undertaken another letting with them and throughout the whole administrative process they could have not been more helpful. Just ending a tenancy agreement after a very happy and hassle free 18 months. Quick and efficient, no messing around like so many other estate agents I have dealt with in the past. On the one occasion I had a problem with a leak they fixed it the same day, very impressive. If I rent again in Leeds I will call them first.

Been in a Handley Gibson property for just over a year now. Only had a few initial teething problems, but all of them were fixed within a couple of days. Last night I found a leak at 2am. Emailed Handley Gibson at 2am to let them know and get someone to repair. 11am (9 hours later) the roofers turn up, check it out, get the go ahead and are currently replacing the guttering and flashing. I'm so impressed - never known an Estate Agent/Property Management Company this quick to resolve issues!!!

Great letting agent throughout nearly five years of living in a property they manage. Repairs attended to promptly, requests for permission to do things given fair consideration, and upon exit, they were agreeable to a short extension request and when I did finally vacate my bond was returned within 1 working day. Would deal again whether as a landlord or a tenant.
