This review is a reflection of Tom Wild. After a nightmare 18 months in an address that was handed over to HOP, Tom has been a true professional. He is punctual, does what he says he will and is most importantly honest. Without Tom this past year, life would have been alot harder for me & he has helped to ease alot of rental related issues that would not be expected of a letting agent. The term "went above & beyond" is thrown around too much these days, but Tom did. He is a credit to this company & others in the HOP office need to look to Tom & take a few notes of how he operates. Top bloke, cheers Tom! Would also like to mention Cris (GM) who is also a top bloke & helped me when I needed clarification on a few things. We rented a 3 bed house from the leeds branch for 2.5 years and they have been amazing throughout our entire tenancy. Nothing has been too much trouble, anything we reported was repaired or replaced quickly. Ashleigh managed our property and she has always been so friendly and helpful. I honestly can't fault Let Leeds, they have been the best letting agency I have ever used. We left our tenancy because we bought our own house and they were so accommodating with us not knowing our exact moving date until last minute. We got our full deposit back and there were never any hidden fees when we extended out tenancy. Thank you Let Leeds, i will be recommending you to my friends.

Our agent Charley has been so helpful and efficient in answering all our queries, has been personable and approachable with everything we’ve needed. She assisted with getting our bills all set up in one simple package deal with a partner company which made life much easier when there’s so much to do when moving into a new place. And I lived in a property managed by another letting agent for 2 years and it was difficult to get timely responses to maintenance queries and generally communication was on a totally different level to that of Let Leeds. Hi all, the agency is excellent, any issues we've had have been dealt with promptly and professionally. I rent, so this is the most important aspect of communication i have with the agency and Anna has always been very helpful and responsive, whether that be getting an emergency plumber in the depths of winter (he was out in a couple of hours when the agency was itself closed for Christmas), or just a response to a query about the alarm code. I had an incident where the person I was going to move in with withdrew after the admin and holding fees had already been paid. This review would be 5 stars, if solely based on the service received from Charley (what a credit to Let Leeds she is!) The only current issue I face is mold in one bedroom - Nothing THAT serious, just cosmetic. I do seem to have a property with a fair few wall marks, paint splatters, carpet discolouration exposed pipes & peeling wallpaper but again - nothing that bothers myself particularly and not the fault of Let Leeds.

Having used a variety of rental agencies in Leeds I've found Let-Leeds to be the easiest and most professional to deal with. I think a tenant experience is mainly governed by the people you interactive with at the agency and how responsive they are to your (reasonable) requests ; I've found Anna & Liz (& everyone else) to be excellent at this. Always cheery and happy to assist, when I move back to Leeds this is the first business I want to deal with :-)

Ben who helped me throughout most of the process was brilliant help all the way. They use goodlord which seems like something that makes a landlords life easier and the tenants less secure, you pay your money before you have even seen what information it requires (which is a lot, even from the guarantor). Once you have sent your info you cannot change or view the process and are left in a semi-limbo as to what happens next. Other than Goodlord I really like LetLeeds so far.
