Fantastic letting agent, would defo recommend. There are some dodgy estate agents in Leeds but LPP were a pleasure to let with. When the boiler broke they installed a brand new one fairly quickly, had our dishwasher fixed within a few days, they planted flowers in / weeded the front garden a couple of times over the tenancy, and even cleared the a large portion of the street of rubbish towards the end of the tenancy. Landlord was a lovely bloke and we received our deposit back in full, 5*

The best agency for students. They always replied back to my phone calls and messages and always came if there was any inconveniences. Perfect for students as they offer the best prices possible and are extremely helpful. Overall I would recommend Leeds Prime Property agency to anyone!!

I let with these guys in second year, we had all sorts of trouble with an international student dropping out and the tenancy being unsigned for 2/3 months whilst we found a new tenant. LPP were good throughout this and helped us right down to the last day. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was viewing notifications, they didn't really give us time to prepare for people coming round, but that was a minor thing based on our tenancy issues as a whole. I would recommend the guys here to anyone looking to let, they know the market well and will always advise what is best for you and not for their pockets.
