Not the best but not the worst . Their bedsits all seem very very small and ridiculously overpriced. My son did however have a problem with another Tennant and lestby dealt with it reasonably quickly. Repairs need attending to more promptly !

We were looking for some storage and had some quite specific requirements. Natalia listenned to our needs and found us a unit that was just right for our us. I would recommend Letsby Avenue Yorkshire and especially Natalia as she kept communicating with us at regular intervals ( she rang when she said she was going to very important in this day and age ) If your looking for some storage of any kind i would not hesitate to recommend Natalia and the rest of the team at Letsby Avenue. I have had many dealings with letsby avenue over the years with regards to properties and holiday lets and they are always extremely helpful. Kirsty goes above and beyond for their clients and is extremely friendly and helpful. I've used Steve and his team at Letsby Avenue for a good few years now, and I can't speak highly enough of them for dealing with my three properties - they've always found me good, reliable tenants and recently when a water pipe burst in the attic their support was invaluable. Their service is fast, professional, and more reasonably priced than other agents I've worked with before, and they made an otherwise very stressful situation much more bearable so I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Property I moved into was in a good condition and as advertised. Once moved in agent was helpful and responded quickly. A few issues came up and all were normal household issues, called office and submitted via their high tech online issue reporting system and they were dealt with on the same day (except once where a part needed ordering). Housemate and I have now been here a good few months. It's nice to know that I don't have to worry about issues that crop up. I get inspections (very much aimed at making sure I'm doing okay) that feel calm and unstressful and nicely spaced out. Best letting agent I've ever had. Friendly, understanding and honest.

What a fantastic property letting company, from the first contact to the on going service, everything has been fantastic. I was apprehensive about letting my property out and heard all sorts of horror stories but Ste and Amy found me some lovely tenants in a matter of weeks, they also secured me rent much higher than i first thought.
