I used Parklane Properties for finding student accomodation(moving out for the first time) and Adele did an excellent job in helping me and my girlfriend through the moving process and making it a breeze to get everything set up. Any issues were promptly responded to and tended to within a good amount of time depending on the issue's urgency. The property itself was well kept and cleaned before moving into it, and the process of removing items from the apartment was very easy and stress-free. Would recommend!

Parklane properties have been a really good agency for us as students. Rooms are spacious, kitchens gorgeous. Definitely worth the money. The only complaint I have is on the upkeep of the garden. It has the potential to be something great if looked into.

Parklane is definitely a must consider agency if you are looking for a new home. Their properties are very well maintained at high standards. Their staff are very well trained and extremely polite and helpful. I was dreading moving into a new house, but the staff made sure my moving was as swift and comfortable as possible. I made so many requests that have been met with absolute care and respect. Any maintenance required is usually carried out within a short period of time. I recently renewed my contract for the next year and will definitely do so for the one after.

Having just signed a lease for a student house and dealt with James at their offices I have found Parklane Properties both incredibly organised, prompt and helpful with regards to organising the property. The property itself is reasonably priced, the tenancy was flexible and the also included free summer rent which was an added bonus. Really professional, friendly staff all the way through the renting process from first viewings and throughout the tenancy, make a real effort to get to know you! Great range of top quality properties and any problems that arise are easily reported to the maintenance service, which deal with them pretty efficiently. I was in need of a property for next year too and did not hesitate going with Parklane again!

Parkland have been decent so far, dealing with Chantelle has been easy and professional. It seems the only let downs have been by the subcontractors ‘Hive’ that usually turn up at stupid o’clock in the morning or don’t do the jobs needed, but gets done when reported again (not an issue). The property rented needs some work as is an old house but nothing that really impacts on living. All in all I’m getting what i pay for i guess and in my eyes it worth it the money..

Had a great stay at the Triangle this year - flatmates are a top bunch which was really important for me, as I didn't know anyone when I moved to Leeds. The Parklane team are really helpful and friendly, and my decision to stay over the summer months was dealt with really smoothly. I rarely write reviews however it is imperative that I share my experience from a mother’s perspective. James and the entire team were nothing short of outstanding. From my initial email enquiry to 6 months later collecting the keys to my daughter’s apartment, the communication and service from Parklane Properties was brilliant. Residing in Australia and not being at all familiar with the Leeds area, James (and Luke) responded to our enquiries in a prompt, detailed and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and they deserve to be acknowledged for their fabulous and sincere service. Absolutely loved the 2 years I spent living in the Embankment! Samantha Lyness helped with any issues we had, which ranged from switching our mattress when we first moved in, to replacing the extractor hood when it broke. We have experienced no issues receiving our full deposit back following the end of our tenancy! :)

“Great service provided by a great guy, Matt Heron!” As an international student I found out that it isn’t that easy to find a proper accommodation on your own. Matt Heron, helped me finding the perfect studio in a great complex near the University I will be attending. Matt really took his time to show me the properties, because he really wanted to make sure I had a good property which suited my requirements. He also sought out properties himself in advance. His suggestions turned out to be very interesting because eventually I chose an accommodation he proposed. Matt is very polite and knows a lot about the properties he showed. Furthermore, he is incredibly available and replies to any question you might have. I had a great experience with Parlane Properties.

This is the first place since I came to the UK as an international student that I want to continue to stay next year for a few reasons, but mainly I like the property and the customer service which is quite fast, reliable and handy as I can access most of the thing by internet or through the phone. I can say this is a good place to live, study and work if you are looking for a decent place and price at the same time. Highly recommended!! However I would like a more quiet flat than living with noisy flatmates. That's the only thing I hope in the future. At the moment, it is fine with other girls in the flat.

We found a nice property online, went to view it, unlike the other estate agents we went for viewings with they actually showed us the property we wanted. Asked for a second viewing as we liked the place and wanted to double check everything. Went to sign for it and the office is nice got free drinks from the coffee machine, I had a hot chocolate it was fairly weak but made sweeter by the fact it was free, I wish I had gotten a chocomilk which is the option next to it, if you are in a similar situation to me, I would implore you to try the chocomilk. oh and the guy behind the desk was nice and helped clear any questions on the contract.

Having lived at The Triangle for 3 years, I think that says it all! Great facilities considering all rooms are en-suite, and flats include dishwashers and 46" TVs. It's great value for money, centrally located to the city centre/universities/Kirkstall; secure, and the maintenance team Hive are always at hand to help.
