My estate agent isn't able to sell my property and I found Property Saviour and spoke with Saddat. He was honest and approachable. He provided me with tips on how to make property more appealing to prospective buyers and looked at asking price. He also has given me a number of options to sell my property including a cash sale and selling via auction if my property doesn't sell. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a property that I had been trying to sell for sometime in South London. It was a commercial shop with an upper floor flat. Property Saviour offered me a very competitive price and the sale was complete much quicker than expected. Couldn't be happier that they managed to complete the deal before Christmas!

I was advised that taking a cash offer would result in a substantial loss and therefore, I would be better off selling via auction. I inherited a commercial property, and I did not know a thing about grant of probate. Our probate solicitor quoted a five figure sum to enable me to sell the property. I enquired with property saviour about selling my property due to concerns I had over whether I would run into issues selling to your average homebuyer. I had an interesting conversation with somebody named Clive who, after listening to my situation, advised me that my concerns were not quite as catastrophic as I thought they might be. I found this particularly reassuring as this did mean that I would be very unlikely to run into any real trouble with selling my property through a more traditional process. As such, I was advised that I wouldn’t require the services of property saviour but that they were more than happy to offer me any advice should I require it. In conclusion, whilst I can’t comment on the actual property purchasing services of property saviour, I will say that they were quite helpful when discussing my situation and I certainly felt a personal touch in their approach to this. If I ever did require their services, I would feel confident that they would do the best that they can for me and provide an excellent level of service.

I didn't need to sell my property quickly so I was given honest advice about that as well as detailed advice on putting my house up for house share as I am not looking to fully let it out. Sadat genuinely gave me personalised advise, even went so far as looking at my ad on spareroom.co.uk even though there was no benefit to him at all in discussing all this. As i live in bradford I couldn't sell my house quickly when we found our dream property. Our estate agent had found us a buyer but they couldn't get a mortgage, and we had put down a deposit on new build property. We just didn't know what to do with our rural property. Despite driving a long time to work for both of us and waking up a 3year old at 5 am to drop him at nursery every week day , we carried on selling the property.
