My experience with RentInc is really good so far. Their website has a wide variety of properties and all seem nice and well kept. Tom Stokes, who is the agent from RentInc that I have been in contact with is amazing and exceptionally professional. Not only his information about the properties and the booking procedure are accurate and helpful but also he replies immediately to every question. Because of him the stressful process of finding a house in a different country evolved to something easy and pleasant.

I had many rent contracts with this agency because it is trustworthy and they always helped me out whenever i had a problem(especially thomas strokes agent he would reply at mails or phone calls quickly for any kind of questions and issues I recommend to contact him for help), they handled it for me in these 2-3 years since i am their tenant. I was looking for a house to rent through my second and third year of uni but was having little success. A friend of mine recommended Rentinc to help with the search, and I'm so glad he did! They were professional and thorough, especially the young woman who dealt with my search. Jessica was helpful and pleasant from the start. Me and my boyfriend moved out of our rentinc flat at the end of January because we are moving from Leeds. Had we managed to stay in Leeds, we would have happily stayed at the flat though. We have been impressed with the level of service received all the way through the tenancy but the one thing that set them apart was towards the end. In the past we rented a property with another agent and when it came to the deposit we were deducted money for a few things that didn't seem right (cleaning and a mysterious iron mark). We questioned these and got most of the deposit back with that agent but with Rentinc we had a totally different experience. A few weeks before we moved out they sent us an email telling us how they inspected the property and what to clean. We used that as a checklist and then called the office to see if someone could check it over before we left. Within an hour Tom had come down and gone through the full inspection. He was happy with it and we gave him the keys. Two weeks later we had received a full refund. Really happy with the service and if we return to Leeds we will pop in and see if we can have our flat back :)

Where to begin?? I signed up to RentInc the other day and dealt with a young lad called Conor. The process was easy, Conor helped me through all the paper work and presented loads of options (within budget). I have rented a few properties in the area and no service compares, I have now let the property and told other students about the service I received from Conor & Rentinc! I have no doubt that I will use them again. I would highly recommend to start your search with them!
