Rentokil Leeds have completed damp proofing works at my property in Normanton, West Yorkshire today. The whole experience from initial call right through to getting the guarantee by email today has been fantastic. Lee came out to survey the property and was both knowledgeable and professional taking time out to explain damp issues and the processes/options available. Joanne Whitfield in the Leeds office has been absolutely great at keeping me updated and managing to get my works brought forward. Andy the technician who completed the damp work was brilliant, really friendly and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Rentokil Leeds to anyone looking for a professional and friendly service at a competitive price - thank you.

Dennis (Surveyor), Andy (Technician), and Joanne (telephone agent) was nothing short of amazing. Came out carried out the survey and reassured me it was a small job after being told it was a big job and would cost over £1k. Dennis provided a report and was honest and his experience shown throughout and the price was much less than what others had quoted. The office was great and kept me updated and ensured all my questions were asked. Andy was great, told me everything I needed and ensured my mind was at rest. Having discovered a woodworm problem in our property, I approached Rentokil. Andrew Walker the surveyor arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew was polite and professional and explained clearly what was required to resolve the issue. He arranged for a technician to attend. Todd the technician was punctual, efficient and he too was very polite. I had to contact the office and was dealt with by Carla, Mandy and Joanne all three were pleasant and helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with Rentokil and their team and would not hesitate in recommending this company.

I used Rentokil to treat woodworm found in my loft. I have found the service provided by all of their staff who dealt with me excellent, from the people who answer the phones in Leeds, the surveyor, Andrew and the technician Todd who came to carry out the work. Todd was very polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. It was a pleasure dealing with such a pleasant young man. Contacted Rentokil after finding a few beetles in kitchen. Surveyor came (Dennis Walker) and found source of problem (woodworm) very quickly, and explained solution clearly. Arranged for Quint to come and treat property. Quint arrived on time, explained fully what he was doing and how long it would take. Quint completed the work efficiently, was very friendly throughout. I felt the utmost confidence in his work. The telephone staff were also very friendly and efficient in arranging everything. I would definitely recommend using Rentokil.

Michael Glenn, our locally based Rentokil surveyor, visited us at our request to check whether or not we had any active Wood Worm in our current property. It's a converted cow shed dating back to c.1850. Mr Glenn made a very thorough inspection, over c. an hour and a half, and assured me immediately that we had no active issues. He explained to me his method / approach to this type of inspection, and went on to outline what his report would include and how it would have been collated. The actual report itself landed in my e-mail Inbox less than 24 hours later: fully comprehensive, supported by relevant photos, and overall exactly what my wife and I had hoped for. I therefore have no hesitation in highly commending the service which we received, and from Mr Glenn in particular. Many thanks to him.
