So pleased I contacted Luke Gilbert after I was given a recommendation by a family friend. Luke and his team Jo and Helen are different class to other estate agents I have used in the past. I couldn't have asked for a better service than the one they provided, from the first meeting when Luke advised me what I could do to maximise the potential of my property and where to pitch it in the market, the viewings conducted by Jo, the information and updates I received from Helen. They are a hard working team who kept the sale on track and have your best interests at heart. The property achieved an excellent selling price well above my expectations and the whole process took less than three months.

Jo Lyseight has been our agent from start to finish helping us secure our first home, she was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Not only was she the one making sure we was always in loop (especially with the solicitors and delays) but if there was any problems or queries she was always there going over and beyond to get them sorted out making it so much less stressful for both me and my partner. We have recently bought a property through Rosedale and Jones in Normanton and what a refreshing change to deal with proactive estate agents. We were kept informed at every stage and they would phone us rather than us needing to chase them. An example of their service is we received a pre call first thing in the morning on the day of completion explaining how we would collect the keys after the transaction had completed, followed by a call as soon as completion had happened to arrange a convenient time for us to collect the keys. Courteous, friendly and professional throughout we would definitely use these guys again.
