I have been with Stonehouse for around 5 or 6 years and they have been my estate agents since I was in university until now. I always stuck with Stonehouse despite the many moves we made throughout the years because they were always very helpful, understanding, co-operative when issues arose (like tenants leaving etc), and they are generally very pleasant to deal with. I have had to move out mid contract due to covid and loss of employment for my partner and I, and they have been very understanding and supportive, which frankly was a relief as I knew that with many estate agents, we would be stuck in a years contract unable to pay. They also always send out people for repairs very soon after the issue is reported on their online portal (which is very handy). Any concerns about my property that I have had, have been swiftly resolved and replaced if necessary. All in all it has been great and I have loved all our properties from our big 6 bedroom house with my uni friends to my lovely 1 bed shared by my partner and I. Thanks Ben and everyone else at Stonehouse, much appreciated 😊

This is an excellent agency, I have rent with them for two periods and they were always very prompt to solve any problem. The staff is also great, always nice and friendly. I would definitely recomend it, specially for international students, they make things very easy for us. And plus they don’t charge you with an excessive amount of fee and deposit. And no problems to get back our deposit.

Great people! Great experience! I was studying and working in Leeds at the time of being with Stonehouse properties and I found a nice studio apartment close to everything I needed. Stonehouse were an absolute dream. The flat was exceptionally clean the day I moved in, the landlord was a really really nice guy who helped a lot with bits and bobs that needed doing around the time I moved in. Stonehouse themselves were responsive and extremely quick to correct any issues. You genuinely could not ask more of them. They even provided me a fantastic reference for future landlords I may have. Having signed a contract for a house which looked great at first glance, we have been stuck in a house with a huge mould/damp problem and faulty appliances. Any request to have these issues fixed has been charged to myself and my fellow tenants. Furthermore, following any attempt to contact Stonehouse via phone has resulted in being told to email (in an slightly off hand manner), but no email we have sent to them has received a response. We are now concerned that we will have to take them through small claims court. EDIT: Shortly after leaving this review, I received a call from Stonehouse, who were more friendly and somehow now able to deal with my request over the phone.

I am a student and have been renting a 4 bedroom stonehouse property since June and have just resigned for next year. Overall we have been very happy with our house and with the professionalism of the company. Whenever we have had any sort of issue in the house, no matter how big or small, stonehouse have had someone round to look at it the same day- even on a weekend!!!
