These are ok. Rented through them for 2.5 years. Never provided inventory sheet when we moved in. They never added to our record when we called in to report stuff. If ever we asked questions about the house, they responded quick enough.

Me and my boyfriend were moving out of mum and dads, the first house we found was through Manning Stainton, the agent was really rude, appeared 20 minutes late to a viewing, and 30 minutes after the viewing they were ringing us up asking if we want the house!
