I have no complaints only praise. Anish was very attentive and friendly. I appreciate the fact that the house was always kept clean due to the cleaners hired every two weeks and the building services were always kept in working order. I also had no hassle with my deposit being sent back to me which was a relief.

If fewer words can be spoken on how honest , crisp and efficient his communication was , let me tell you I moved into the property with only his pics , videos and 3d graphics and no real-time viewing ( although I would highly suggest not to follow suit with other landlords , not everyone might be like Anish ! ) The property has been exactly the right requirement for my need and was maintained to a very high degree of quality , exactly as advertised . No unrealistic hidden payments . He was very accommodating of my delayed arrival due to covid . I have stayed with rental properties across the globe and I can assure what I received here was top notch . I would highly recommend Anish and his associates . You cannot go wrong . When we started out in the property BTL market, Anish helped us with the sourcing of potential properties. From viewings and negotiations, Anish provided us with full updates via email and whatsapp, taking over the entire process altogether. Excellent landlord. Anish is always very quick to resolve any maintenance issues that arise and it always easily contactable. The house was very clean to move into and a cleaner comes in once every 2 weeks to clean the communal area which is ideal when flat sharing. The rooms are finished to a modern standard with plenty of storage.
