We hired Alfie to inspect our new 3 bedroom home after some great recommendations. Alfie arrived exactly when he said he would and explained his process thoroughly. Even though we were fortunate to not have any major problems, Alfie still found 57 snags and complied them all into a comprehensive report with photos and suggestions of how to rectify each issue. We couldn’t be happier with the service and worth every penny!

Well what can I say! If you’re currently in a new build that’s still under your warranty period or considering purchasing one, then I thoroughly recommend Assure Homes Ltd! Alfie’s attention to detail is second to none. I was completely surprised at the amount of defects/ faults he found within my property. You receive a thorough report detailing all of his findings! But not only that, he files these reports with the housebuilders that you purchased your new house from! If you are curious to find exactly what corners have been cut by the builders then I can’t recommend Assure Homes Ltd enough!! Thanks once again Alfie.

Alfie found 136 snags within my new build. There were snags in every room of my 3 storey 4 bedroom house including many outside. Majority of the snags weren’t visible to myself and many were critical or would have been extremely inconvenient had I not obtained the report. Issues were found with the bath, dishwasher, fridge and front door to name a few. Alfie even managed to get some of the contractors on site to start work immediately. Alfie is extremely knowledgable and definitely someone you want checking your home. Alfie is there every step of the way with the developer and is on hand if there is a dispute. Fortunately my developer has accepted every issue and begun work rectifying them. I highly recommend Assure Homes and I am very happy with service.

I would highly reccomend Assure Homes to anyone who wants absolutle certainty that their builder has constructed their home to the high standards expected both inside and out. Having recently purchased a new £1M 5 bedroom house from a new developer we are so glad we booked this service. Alfie of Assure Homes was polite, responsive, professional alongside being very skilled and knowledgable about what to look for in the snagging report. The difference between Assure Homes and other providers is that he forensically reports on the outside and inside of the property and uncovered blinding errors from the build phase which would have been missed by other snagging firms. The report produced was clear and comprehensive and he worked with us and the developer diplomatically to get all the snags completed in a timely manner. The aftercare service from Assure Homes is also fantastic. They genuinely want you to be assured and confident in your purchase and leave no stone unturned. Using Assure Homes is like having a RICS level 2 home buyers report and snagging combined in one. Couldn't recommend highly enough, Assure Homes took all the frustration out of trying to deal with our builder and completed a very thorough inspection. The report was detailed, but written in a way even we could understand. Only since getting Assure Homes involved has our builder taken us seriously. If you have a new build home, you need an Assure Homes inspection!
