Never had any issues whatsoever with them for the time I was there (over 2 years) and only stopped using them because I moved out of the Leicester! If I move back to Leicester I know what estate agent to ring!!!

m. a.It has always been a disaster period for the international student to find a good place in a short time. With Brink Riley it was like a magic.
I was looking for a place to move ASAP, and all other agencies did not promise to be able to move before 40 days, and the instalments were also very difficult.
I called Brink Riley asking about a property listed in rightmove but it was taken, so the lady suggested to visit their office. I did not expect much but had no choice. But since the moment I opened the door everything was different. The team is very respectful, friendly and helpful. I was taken to a viewing tour in no time and ended up reserving the desired property on the same day and received the keys in only 5 days!
They are very professional, during these days they managed to do all the reference check and prepared the flat with the highest standard of cleaning and maintenance and prepared all the paper works.
Big thanks to Michele and Chloe and the rest of team who helped me sorting out my accommodation.

I decided to go to Uni August 2020 I applied for everything at the last minute and chose to move into an accommodation a month before. I thought all the good places were gone until I came across The Hamptons. I lived at the Hamptons flat 3, on Wellington street for 8 months.
The flats within the property is very clean and well decorated with a modern vibes to it. All the rooms are nicely sized and yo get everything down to a washing machine. My 8 months of being there was a delight because the staffs would literally go the extra mile to ensure that you get the most out of your experience. I could contact them for anything from moving in with my luggage and pots and pans to organising repairs around the flat they were always on it.
