They definitely went more than the extra mile to help us on many occasions - even on his day off! Our sale was part of a very difficult chain and there were many problems caused by other vendors, estate agents and solicitors elsewhere in the chain. My honest opinion is that without the hard work, dedication and pure professionalism shown by them both I don't think we would have achieved it. They undertook work on our behalf that other estate agents should have done but didn't either through laziness or incompetence. We initially started with another (cheaper) estate agent in Blaby which turned out to be the worst decision we made. You really do get what you pay for - and we got very little for the 6 months we were listed with them. They didn't answer the phone and failed to invite one of their own vendors to view our house! Once we moved to Haart, we sold our property to the first couple that came to view and that was within a week. (These were the people who were selling their own place through our first estate agent!) Haart was not the estate agent we were selling our house with, but were the estate agent marketing the house we bought. Mercedes was extremely professional and helpful when showing us around the property and demonstrated excellent customer service during our negotiations of the purchase. The team at Haart always answered the phone and would endeavour to get back to us when ever required. The chain we found ourself in was somewhat slow and frustrating to say the least. There seemed to be a hurdle at every corner for us and we experienced little to no help from our appointed estate agent.
