I met with Coco Hardy from Haart's Leicester, along with several other estate agents, at a property I was selling. Haart's sale's fees and services were very competitive and comprehensive, as one would expect. But their pre-meeting preparation was enlightening, as their presentation, was full of insightful local property knowledge, pricing, analysis, and guidance – they had seriously done their homework, unlike every other competing agent's presentation of the same old Google property market searches one does oneself. Of note, was that unlike every other agent, Haart didn’t knock, denigrate or bad mouth their competition - they didn't need too. Haart's extremely competitive yet straightforward pricing and national reach, were comfortably ahead of the pack – and they answer their phones in person from 8am to 10pm daily – a total no-brainer for anyone with a day job. So, I instructed Haart to sell the property, and they literally took care of everything, including appointing some the best solicitors I've ever worked with – all at an incredibly competitive rate – and we completed today, with a buyer from another city. So another big thumb-up to Haart's national reach. The entire journey with Haart has been a pleasure, and very importantly, reassuring, stress-free and frictionless. Since I moved in I've had a very responsive, kind and helpful lettings manager (Jas Mann from Haart Leicester) who has picked up and helped solve every issue from parking, to appliance moving, fuse blowing, to flooding from neighbouring flat. He's arranged for permission to put up shelves and make minor changes with landlord. (Five stars) On balance four stars though because the girl who showed me round initially (Safia), gave me inaccurate information about the neighbour and electricity provider (didn't disclose that it was metered), and the automated utilities sales-calls were pushy and bad value (eg so called deals on broadband).

First of all, a big thank you for the amazing service that Kayleigh and Phil provided during what turned out to be a very difficult sale of our property. We put the house on the market at start of the pandemic in March 2020 and finally sold over 1 year later in May 2021. The pandemic was a major factor but so was the closure of the Haart Loughborough branch and the sacking of the Haart Loughborough branch manager that was dealing with our account. Communication around the closure was poor and we actually only found out what had happened after calling the personal number of the now unemployed ex-manager of the Loughborough branch. Phil at the Leicester branch took over our sale and was fantastic, very proactive, professional and understanding. After the first sale fell through for some reason Haart decided to let Brad the Leicester branch manager deal with our sale instead of Phil. The period that Brad was handling our sale is the reason for the 3 stars. We found him non-communicative and not at all proactive. We expected much better costumer care from the branch manager. After Kayleigh was assigned to help our sale, we experienced night and day difference in level of competence in handling of our case. We have only praise for Kayleigh and Phil for their level of costumer care, proactive attitude and professional advice at various stages of the sale.
