When things don’t go to plan they are keen to find solutions and advise. Their advice is honest and unbiased demonstrating they operate their business on serving the client first and foremost. 'Selling a house can be difficult enough but when it is your deceased parent's residence, now empty and 100 miles distant, then that is a much harder prospect. My brother and I were lucky to make a great choice of local agent in Hunters Estate Agency, and put our sale in the capable hands of Ian Moore. From the beginning, the service was friendly, informative and thorough. We were kept up-to-date with every forthcoming viewing, offers made, and status of prospective purchasers, by email, and personally by phone conversation, the latter contact being very important for immediacy of news and to facilitate discussion and decisions. The Hunters Team also kept a valuable eye on the property meaning that we did not need to travel to Leicester just for that ongoing purpose. When the property suffered a pipe burst in the loft and was flooded, neighbours alerted Hunters who were immediately on the scene with keys and helped to arrange a plumber forthwith to prevent further damage and then were able to recommend local tradesmen to effect repairs. Many times I have called on them for other jobs such as forwarding post etc. and all this service provided with professional efficiency and good humour. I imagine the many potential purchasers found Hunters the same courteous people to deal with from the other side of the fence. I would not hesitate to use them again, nor would I ever be likely to consider selling my own property through an on-line agency, the services of which could not nearly measure-up. In particular for Joe for accommodating viewing for us and even a second viewing even though their office is a good 30 minute drive from the property. For his guidance to make a sale of the property that we chose to purchase. We completed the sale of our house last week using Hunters. We had fantastic service all the way through and Lorraine was always more than happy to answer any questions or help to chase the buyers Solicitors when there were small delays on their end. The business is run by my parents, although they were not involved in the transaction and everything was dealt with by Lorraine who was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Hunters to anyone.

Cannot fault Hunters at all. They sold our house within 2 days and we had 13 viewings all done by Hunters. All through the selling process they never hassled us and although the sale took a while to go through (no fault of Hunters) they kept in touch with regular updates and even rang to congratulate us when it was finalised. I found all the staff to be very professional and would definitely recommend them.

Bought a property from Hunters recently, they were fantastic through the whole process! My first house, so trying to keep on track with everything was new to me, luckily Hunters helped me through everything and kept me up to date, every enquiry I made they called me back on the same day and resolved everything as quick as they could. I cannot understand the recent reviews that seem to be almost bullying Gerri. I have recently sold a house through them and found Gerri to be supportive and very helpful. I can only urge people not to listen to recent reviews and judge for yourself. After putting my property on the market in February we had a sale agreed within 5 weeks. Lots of problems with the buyer who was asking for electrical checks, roof checks and lots of other unnecessary things- but the team at Hunters were On my side all of the way and helped me push the sale through in a timely manner. I would be more than happy to use them again. Thank you for all of your help

Had a few issues for several months when I would talk to one staff member and then they would no longer work there. But that seems to have changed now because the last 6 weeks the customer service really improved. Staff were attentive and couldn't do more to help. They went above and beyond what you would expect, I don't know of another agent that would still be working at 9pm on a Saturday night. Ian and Carrie are absolutely brilliant and if you need anything ask them because you know they will get it done. I would use again
