Leasehold? No problem! We had to sell my very elderly Dad's leasehold bungalow in a 'retirement village', after he moved into a care home. The Team were familiar with the 'village' and made sure potential buyers understood the limitations, as well as the benefits, before viewing, so there were no 'time wasters'. The whole process went very smoothly and much more quickly than expected, which made it so much easier for Dad, who was very pleased with the price achieved. The team were always on hand to advise and to deal with any issues/queries straight away. Highly recommended.

Upon instruction, the process was quick and easy. Lisa without delay ensured she had all the information required to allow the sale to be advertised. An appointment for photographs was quickly made, with Andrew arriving on time and taking some quality photos for our listing. Andy took the time to speak to us about the whole process and get a good write-up for our listing by asking for accurate information from ourselves. The listing was posted very quickly, with an eye catching photograph and detailed descriptions. We were soon receiving requests to view, which was managed by both Lisa and Amanda. We were kept fully updated around viewing availability, times and importantly feedback from viewers. I felt fully up-to-date with all the developments and had no need to chase up on any information. The feedback given was constructive and fair. We were soon having second viewings. Again, this was managed expertly and with zero delay. We soon received a very acceptable offer. However, the work carried out by Judge Estate Agents did not stop there. Throughout the process, they continued to provide me with updates and were instrumental in pushing for updates and progress further up the chain, who were dragging their heels. Lisa was near daily onto our sellers solicitors trying to help unblock problems and provide us with updates.
