I wanted to write an honest review of the experience I had using Keywest to sell my property. This was the first property that I have sold, so a bit of trepidation was expected. I had an appointment with Bruce and instantly felt at ease due to him being down to earth as opposed to a pushy salesman, we had an open conversation about my property and he was honest, informative and told me what I could sell the property for realistically. We agreed on a figure and true to his word, the property went online that evening and the following morning I got a call to let me know that there were 13 viewings booked in for the Monday, within 5 days my property sold for just 2K less than what the property went on the market for. I was pleased as it achieved more than I was expecting. Throughout the sale both Bruce and Tony had kept me updated with either emails, text messages or phone calls. I really couldn't ask for more, the service genuinely was first class, the fees were less than surrounding estate agents had quoted, they were both professional and genuine people to deal with. A+
